Frozen Status Effect – August 21st 2021
This gif is VERY different from the last one. Currently the Frozen status removes all control, increases Magick Defense, increases Ice Resistance, and decreases Fire Resistance.
Fire abilities will also cancel the Frozen status effect.
My idea is to have Frozen units, when pushed, go as far as they can before hitting a wall. When it comes to status effects like Frozen, Petrify & others I devised some rules. Petrify, for example, will render the unit immune to most status effects. So, you can’t Freeze a Petrified unit, or vice versa.
There are a few status effects that either over-write one another, or have no effect when under a specific status effect. These will mostly be somewhat obvious, but they will of course be pointed out in both the UI and in-game.
