 **Minster **was a nation of merchants and craftsmen. Many good were sent here to be refined and sold, something that was highly valued in the early 3rd century. Early on **Decidius **and **Minster **had diplomatic relations, however the people of **Minster **were split on how they felt about Decidius. **Minster's **access to two rivers, one flowing towards the ocean and the other towards the western lands, made it the biggest center of commerce in the region. They traded with everyone, especially with nation-states of Superbia. This is something **Decidious **was against and caused a good amount of tension between the two nation-states. Some would say this was the start of the hatred between Acedia and Superbia. Minster eventually split in 310 A.I. when the Treaty of Non-Aggression was signed by eleven neighboring nation-states. The land between East and West Minster would become the border between Acedia and Superbia putting this mercantile state at the center of border skirmishes. **Minster **was a nation of merchants and craftsmen.  +===== 310 A.I. =====
 +
 +A treaty, proposed by the leader of Decidius, Theophrastis Bombastis von Hotenhem I, and signed by eleven neighboring nation-states with one more including half of Minster came into effect. The Treaty of Non-Aggression was the first of it's kind in this region and basically set the stage for what would soon be a unified country, Acedia.
 +
 +===== 318 A.I. =====
 +
 +A rival league of nation-states was formed and attempting to unify into a single country. While the ToNA signed in 310 was a big factor behind these other nation-states forming a union, they were trying to pull ahead of the planned Kingdom of Acedia. The alliance of the 12 nation-states saw this as a challenge to their own unification and plans were set in motion for the Kingdom of Acedia to become a sovereign nation.
 +
 +===== 321 A.I. =====
 +
 +This was the year that the Kingdom of Acedia was officially formed. With a government consisting of a constitutional monarchy, it became only the second true country to form on the Northern Continent. The first being Esteria which later became the Esterian Union.
 +
 +With this, the nation-states were dissolved and new boundaries were drawn up. Where Decidius' capitol once stood, a large construction project began to turn the surrounding towns into a fortified castle town where the King Imperator would rule from. This city was named Desidia and Acedia had it's first King Imperator: Theophrastis Bombastis von Hotenhem I.

 +===== 573 A.I. =====
 +
 +Reformation Declaration.
 +
 +===== 739 A.I. =====
 +
 +Gula, which had been elevated to vassal state and given the ability to rule itself with some restrictions, continued to push for independence. Gula shared a border with a region of Superbia known as Tira who had been violently supressed during recent rebellion attempt. Seeing this, Gula wanted to work out a peaceful solution using diplomacy. Thankfully, the current King and Senate felt similarly.
 +
 +===== 741 A.I. =====
 +
 +After 2 years of pleading it's case before the Acedian King and Senate, Gula was finally granted it's freedom. It came with certain stipulations, the main one being that it would never side with Superbia in any conflict. This was an easy thing to agree to at the time as Superbia continued it's harsh rule over Tira.
 +
 +With this, Acedia lost a large portion of it's southern coastline, but it gained a buffer zone between it and Superbia as well as an ally in the global community.
