Spells

Spells are magic based abilities that require Mana Points to use. Every class has both active and passive abilities. Most classes will have a spell as their active ability. These spells are learned by having a unit play as a class and reach a required level.

Spell Types

Spells come in one of five categories: Offensive, Enhancement, Enfeeble, Restorative, and Special.

Offensive

These are spells meant to do damage to enemy units. They may target a single unit, or multiple units, but the end result is the same: reducing the enemies strength.

Enhancement

Spells that give buffs to allied units and/or the caster. These spells strengthen your team by granting them power for a limited time.

Enfeeble

The counter to Enhancement spells, these focus on weakening enemy units. While Enhancement spells grant buffs, Enfeeble spells generally grant debuffs.

Restorative

A very popular and important type of spell. These spells restore health to allied units as well as restore any damage those units have suffered during battle. Restorative spells can be used to remove debuffs caused by Enfeeble type spells.

Special

Since these are magical spells we are talking about, there is always going to be a few that are hard to define. Spells that allow units to teleport from one tile to another, spells that create obstacles on the map, and many more.

Spell Archive

As spells are created they will be documented here. The idea is to explain the name of the spell, the element, the type, the class(es) that can use it, the MP cost, the target type (whether it has to target a unit, or if it can target multiple units, or an area), and a description.
